Policy on the Processing of Personal Data

General Provisions

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data,” and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data of the web service Ave, France! (hereinafter — the Operator).

The Operator regards the observance of the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen in the processing of their personal data — including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality — as the most important goal and condition of carrying out its activity.

This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://avefrance.com.

Key Terms Used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data – the processing of personal data by means of computer technology;

Blocking of personal data – the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to refine the personal data);

Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address https://avefrance.com;

Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other personal data subject;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;

Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or natural person that, alone or jointly with others, organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, and also determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with the personal data;

Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a determined or determinable User of the website https://avefrance.com;

User – any visitor to the website https://avefrance.com;

Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (the transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited number of persons, including the publication of personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means;

Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of that foreign state, to a foreign natural person, or to a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably, with no possibility of further restoring the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of the personal data are destroyed.

The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User

Surname, first name, patronymic;

Email address;

Telephone numbers;

Year, month, date, and place of birth;

The site also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) by means of internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, among others).

The data listed above are hereinafter referred to in the Policy by the general term Personal Data.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials contained on the website; and to provide consulting services.

The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator a letter at the email address mail@avefrance.com with the note “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

The depersonalized User data collected by means of internet statistics services serve to gather information about Users’ actions on the site and to improve the quality of the site and its content.

Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

The Operator processes the User’s personal data only where it is filled in and/or submitted by the User independently through the special forms located on the website https://avefrance.com. By filling in the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User where this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (saving of “cookie” files and use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of the legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to preclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases connected with compliance with the applicable legislation.

Should inaccuracies in the personal data be identified, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notification at the Operator’s email address mail@avefrance.com with the note “Update of personal data.”

The period of processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notification by email to the Operator’s email address mail@avefrance.com with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

Before commencing a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

A cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only where there is the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

Modification and Deletion of Personal Information by the User

The User may at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information they have provided, or part of it, as well as its privacy parameters, by using the personal data editing function in their profile under the “Edit Profile” section. The User has the right to require the Operator to clarify, block, or destroy (delete) the personal information they have provided, or part of it, by sending a free-form request to mail@avefrance.com. The requested changes will be made within 5 business days.

Final Provisions

The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at mail@avefrance.com.

Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
